Janell is the Supervisor for Account Managers at PIM in addition to servicing airline and corporate accounts. She has over 26 years experience in the insurance industry with 20 of those years being an aviation specialist. Janell is currently a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and is working on her Certified Insurance Counselor designation.
